Before application, we perform surface preparation through sandblasting and certified mechanical processes, ensuring the proper anchor profile and full compliance with technical standards for Oil & Gas projects in the country.
Types of Coatings
External Anti-Corrosion Coatings
We apply external protection systems designed for severe operating conditions, including marine environments, buried service, and industrial exposure:
- Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE)
- 2LPE / 3LPE (Polyethylene Coating Systems)
- Coal Tar Enamel (CTE)
These systems provide high corrosion resistance, excellent adhesion, and long-term protection against chemicals, moisture, and abrasion.
Internal Coatings
We develop internal coating solutions for the transport of fluids, water, hydrocarbons, and industrial products:
- Liquid Epoxy / Flow Coating
- Cement Mortar Lining (CML)
